Be courteous to the neighbors.   

• The primary guest must occupy the property for the entire duration of the stay and is
  responsible for all costs incurred with damages and mitigation if cost exceeds $500.
• No overnight guest other than those listed when your reservation was made. If you have guests other than those listed, the guest will be asked to leave, and you will be fined $100 per guest that is not listed on your registration.
• All guests are subject to removal from the property, by Property Management, for violating the terms of this agreement. No refunds will be given.
• Do not move furniture. No inside furniture is to be moved outside. No outside furniture is to be moved inside. 
• No wet towels or clothing items on any of the furniture, beds, hardwood floors or carpet/rugs.
• Any loss/damages are to be reported immediately. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items, apart from normal wear-and-tear items like light bulbs, etc. Any damages or missing items during your visit will forfeit or deducted from your deposit.
• The City of Bay St. Louis asks for quiet hours to be between 10:00 pm – 8:00 am. This means no loud music or high-energy activity outside during these hours.

Please leave AC set at 80 upon departure in the summer and 60 in the winter.

All kitchen items should be cleaned before departure; items left cleaning in dishwasher, if
provided, is acceptable.

Please place all used towels on the floor in bathrooms or in hampers provided; do not strip beds. 

Garbage pickup is Monday and Thursday mornings.  All garbage must be in bags or cans. 
Remove all garbage from inside and place in cans outside.

Please Note: This property is located in a flood risk area, which means that during inclement
weather, there is a potential risk of flooding. Vacay in da Bay, LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by flooding.  

Vacay in da Bay, it’s Agents, and/or Property Owner, are not liable for any damages caused by
this agreement not being followed, nor or they responsible for any injury to you, your guests, or loss of personal property due to theft, fire or other natural disaster/cause.
